About Me

Hello and welcome.

If you’ve landed on this page, you’re probably curious about the person behind this blog. So let me introduce myself.

My name is Volodymyr Khomichenko, and I currently serve as Senior Marketing Director at Zoolatech, a global software development services company. Over the past 12+ years, I’ve built my career in marketing, including more than eight years in leadership roles, managing teams, developing growth strategies, and helping technology companies scale.

Marketing has been a constant throughout my professional life, but my journey actually started in engineering.

I began my university studies pursuing a technical degree. However, by my third year, I realized that engineering wasn’t where I saw my future. That realization led me to switch paths and pursue an economics education. As a result, I graduated with both technical and economic backgrounds — a combination that has proven incredibly valuable throughout my career.

Today, this blend of skills allows me to bridge the gap between business, marketing, and technology. I can comfortably discuss market positioning, demand generation, and brand strategy while also understanding the technical side of the products and services being delivered.

My primary area of expertise is B2B marketing, particularly within the technology sector. Throughout my career, I’ve worked extensively with software development and technology companies, helping them build brands, generate demand, and create sustainable growth. My technical foundation makes it easier for me to understand complex products, communicate with engineering teams, and translate technical value into business outcomes.

This website is where I share my experience, insights, observations, and lessons learned along the way.

If you’d like to learn more, feel free to explore my articles and certifications available on this site. I also publish a monthly newsletter on LinkedIn, where I share practical marketing insights, industry observations, and ideas that I find worth discussing.

And if you’d like to get in touch, you’ll find a contact form here as well. I personally read every message that comes through. Whether you have a question, an interesting idea, or a potential collaboration opportunity, I’d be happy to hear from you.

Thank you for visiting, and I hope you find something valuable here.
